AHNAKOT MEDIA CITY will be the largest media Centre and free economic zone with total investment value of approximately USD 20 Billion.
A total of 70 towers are expected to be built in the AMC including 10 high rise residential towers, each consisting of 73-storey and gross floor area of 984 square meters which will be the AHNAKOT PEARL project. The AHNAKOT PEARL project would accommodate 9,000 residents and its commercial sector would employ at least 15, 000 people.
The AHNAKOT Central Towers will consist of another 10 high rise buildings of twin towers of 51storey each with an equal total structural height if 265 meters.
Another 10 towers will consist of 29-storeys hotel building.
