AHNAKOT FLOWER GARDEN will be the a large flower garden in AHNAKOT SMART CITY KOH KONG, CAMBODIA with total investment value of approximately USD 11 Million with international landscaping and agriculture companies.
The first phase of the project consisting of 21,000 sq ft (2,000 m2) of external building including vertical and horizontal landscape design where each has its own design.
The development of the first phase will take two months and will require 400 workers.
The second phase of the project will begin immediately after the first phase where it includes a 70 percent extension of 21,000 square feet (2,000 square meters) to build a 850,000-square-foot multi-story car park (79,000 square meters ), which increased the total garden area to 2 million square feet (190,000 square meters). The second phase of development will include: flower clocks, butterfly gardens, retail facilities and Buddhist temples.
